Design & Installation of your Fixed Shower Head 

GROHE fixed shower heads can be used with either a wall-mounted shower arm or a ceiling-mounted shower arm. Our collections also include head showers designed to be fixed directly to the wall or flush mounted into the ceiling.

For maximum comfort, the shower head should be located at least 20 cm above the head of the tallest person in your household.

To control the flow and temperature of your shower water you will need:

• a concealed thermostatic shower valve
• or a concealed shower mixer

Wall-mounted and Ceiling-mounted Shower Heads 

A choice of two lengths of shower arm lets you decide how far from the wall the shower head is located – enabling you to shower in a comfortable position. Available with a projection of 282 mm or 378 mm our shower arms are suitable for use with the majority of GROHE head showers.

Fixed shower heads are perfect for a small shower area, thanks to their compact size. The angle of the shower head can be adjusted to direct the water in the most comfortable position.For maximum design freedom, choose a ceiling-mounted shower head. Unlike a head shower fixed to the wall – either directly or with a shower arm – the location of your shower is unrestricted. If you have the space, make a statement by locating your shower head in the center of a large walk-in shower area.Ceiling shower armsOur Rainshower® range includes two lengths of ceiling shower arm – 150mm and 292mm. This ensures compatibility with a range of ceiling heights.Flush-mounted ceiling showersFixed directly to the ceiling, the shower head becomes part of the bathroom architecture.
